AdaFest Film Festival
We are thrilled to finally be able to screen the 2021 AdaFest Film Festival winners! We will be hosting a drive-in screening on the Centennial Plaza at East Central University today, November 4, 2021.
We will begin parking cars at 6:30 p.m. and the screening will begin at sunset. We will have food trucks available, too!
Four winning films will be screened including:
Narrative: L.I.F.E., Episode 1: Song Sung Blue

Animation: A MOSES PRAYER FOR EASTER
Director Robert Harmon

AdaFest Film Festival is part of AdaFest, a regional music, film, arts and cultural festival held annually in Ada, Oklahoma. It is hosted by HMA Foundation in cooperation with East Central University.
Awards and Prizes:
Awards and certificates will be given to those chosen for public screenings by the AdaFest Committee. Additional promotional material may be provided for the projects selected.
Rules and Terms:
The festival is open to feature-length and short formats, including narratives, documentaries, animation, and experimental film and video projects, produced in the state of Oklahoma.
The AdaFest Film Festival is looking for films of any style, length, and genre. The Festival is organized into the categories of experimental, narrative, documentary and animation.
Works must be in English or with English subtitles. All films should have been completed by an Oklahoma Resident of 18 years or older. Works that have been previously submitted to the Festival are not eligible.
Accepted formats for submission include online screeners or .MOV Quicktime. .MOV Quicktime will be required for screening in the Festival.
Multiple submissions are welcome. If you wish to submit more than one film, please submit each work separately.
Submissions are subject to the AdaFest Committee approval for screening.
